1. Platform Overview

We offer tools for families and au pairs to create profiles, search, and communicate with each other. We do not act as an agent, nor do we conduct in-depth background checks unless otherwise stated.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate, honest profile information
• To use the platform legally and respectfully
• To conduct your own due diligence when connecting with others

We strongly encourage phone/video calls, reference checks, and written agreements between au pairs and families.

3. No Guarantee of Match

While we aim to help users connect, we do not guarantee a successful match, placement, or experience. We are not liable for missed opportunities, failed arrangements, or unmet expectations.

4. Disclaimers & Limitations

• We do not vet or endorse any users
• We are not responsible for behavior, disputes, or outcomes from arrangements initiated on the site
• Use of the platform is at your own risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindAnAuPair.au is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate our rules or pose a risk to the community. No refunds will be provided for removed accounts unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including our branding, is owned by FindAnAuPair.au or licensed. Don’t copy, reuse, or resell it without permission.

7. Changes & Contact

These terms may change from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
